Splatsin Tsm7aksaltn (Splatsin Teaching Centre) Society

Splatsin Tsm7aksaltn (Splatsin Teaching Centre) Society teaches the way it used to be; and allows for learning in our own ways. In a family style, home-like setting, the language and culture is woven throughout the programming to revitalize use in the community and inspire pride and understanding of who we are as Splatsin people. Comprehensive programming in the centre provides ECE, arts programming, language and cultural teachings in a way that shares knowledge and documents and preserves the knowledge for the future.

Please note: The quality of the audio and video in each interview on NCCIE.CA may vary. NCCIE has been a capacity- and skills-building project for students and youth. They have been "learning-through-doing," learning how to arrange and conduct interviews while, at the same time, gaining experience with the technology.
