Lesson Plans – Science

These lesson plans relate to science in different ways. Lessons include topics such as the seasons, water, teachings of the caribou, maple syrup harvesting, hunting and astronomy in order to show the connections between traditional practices and western science, including the impact of climate change on Indigenous people and the natural world. Lessons include math and measurement as well as scientific processes related to traditional practices.
